Mrs. Gladhart received her Ed.S. in the Superintendency and her M.S. in Elementary Administration from Northwest Missouri State University. She received her B.S. in Elementary Education with an emphasis in mathematics and middle school from Kansas State University
Mrs. Gladhart began her career in the St. Joseph School District in 2000, teaching 7th grade mathematics at Spring Garden Middle School. In 2004, she joined the staff at Truman Middle School as assistant principal. In 2007, she was selected as principal at Hall Elementary School.In 2014, Mrs. Gladhart became principal at Coleman Elementary.
Mrs. Gladhart has received a number of awards during her career including: The PTA Founders Day Principal of the Year (2017-18) and Drum Major for Justice Award from Missouri Western State University (2018), among others.
